Ryan was super responsive right from the get-go. He took calls at the weekends and was able to straighten out some knowledge obstacles about the loan process from the start. As the transaction ran into some hiccups along the way, Ryan and his loan processing team stayed on top of everything related to the real estate agents, escrow officer, and the insurance company and were able to adjust along the way per some county requirements to bring my loan across the line. The underwriting process was also very fast.
