I had a good experience here at Rush treated me like I was somebody first i woke up with dead batteries at the pilot next door asked for a jump start they had 2 techs that just happened to be standing there in the office who were glad to help then I asked if they had a battery they said yes they were on sale for 89 bucks so I said we'll hell let's put all new batteries in and it only took them 30 minutes to finish the job. Then I went to load in Russellville and the hosler that loaded my trailer blowed one of my air bags out so I called Rush back and they said come on in put me in a bay and went to work on it so I highly recommend this shop not because they're perfect but willing to help Kay is awesome Efrain is a cool cat and Brian has alot of mechanical safy in his head thanks for getting me going

I had a disappointing experience at this repair shop, as both the quality of the repair work and the level of customer service were below my expectations. The staff replaced a part that they knew would not work, yet still charged me for it. Additionally, the behavior of the front desk attendant was unprofessional, as she began yelling at me. I would appreciate assistance in addressing this issue in a more professional manner.

I would like to thank Kay Moro and diesel technician Johnathan for going above and beyond on my truck on Friday Memorial Day weekend. Pulled into the shop around 15:00 on Friday with an antifreeze leak they got it into the shop and found a fitting had broke. The only problem I have a Peterbilt with a Paccar motor found the parts I need in Ft.Smith Kay picked up the parts on Friday night and text me that they would come in on Saturday to fix it and get me going so I didn’t have to sit until Tuesday got me going around 12:00 noon. Thank you again for what you did for me Next time I’m going through there and need something done I will stop by the shop again!!!!!!

I felt I was going to be in good hands after scheduling a service to put front shocks on my International truck from Lisa. I also ordered a vent cap for my rear end from parts. I forgot to ask them to put it on and arrived before they closed to take a long drive home and found they had installed this part and topped off my fluids without asking them to do so. Everyone from parts and service was professional.
