Our lender was Lindsey. She was amazing to work with. Originally I did look around with other lenders. My main goal was to find someone I felt comfortable working with. I like to be in control with everything regarding our lives and this process was far from easy for me! I truly hate the unknown and had to leave it in someone else’s hands. I needed someone who would be straightforward, no B.S, informative, reasonable responding time and understanding due to it being a stressful situation. I would recommend the Ruoff Mortgage office in Marion, Indiana to anyone that is looking to purchase a home. 5 stars is not enough to appropriately rate the experience I had working with Lindsey. Their quality of work, level of communication, and personal approach is unparalleled in my opinion. If the other Ruoff offices are even half as good as the one in Marion, then I would recommend them as well. Because half as good of amazing is still pretty incredible.
