I was happy with the company until recently. We have made all payment for almost two years. We lost our home that had 5ft of water during Hurricane Helena. No breaks given by this company, just daily phone calls hounding for a payment.

Very nice folks from the sales floor to my back yard. Shed was delivered as promised. Though my directions as to where to sit it was roughly 3' off, due to my brother , they were glad to come back and place it exactly where I intended. I highly recommend RTO to any one needing extra storage. No haggle or credit check.

First, I could never have been able to have the shed of my dreams if it hadn't been for RTO. The ability to get it financed was incredibly easy and to basically be able to set up a payment schedule that worked for ME. I was able to determine the amount/time span for the payments. I appreciated being able to tailor my payments. The staff I dealt with were always courteous and very helpful. I would recommend RTO to everyone! Also, I love my Tuff shed. My only regret is that I didn't get a larger shed. 🙂

I signed a contract with RTO national to rent a building 10 x 12 ft.² October 2025. I was able to pay out of my contract and pay in full for my storage building. And after receiving my receipt via email, I noticed that they had $191.49 tacked on to mypay off. When I called to speak to the manager Brooke, she told me to ignore that amount it didn’t mean anything and when I told her that that amount is added on to my pay off, she could not give me a reason why it was so she connected me to her supervisor.(Jae) Jay pulled up my account and looked at my receipt and she really couldn’t give me an explanation besides it was tax amount. Everything on my receipt had a label except the $191.49 so I’m asking her why is everything labeled except this amount here if it’s taxes why don’t state taxes. After speaking with her, I asked to speak with Kenny her supervisor. Upon speaking to Kenny, I referred back to the receipt that was sent by RTO national and everything from top to bottom has a title what is for except the 191.49 it has zeros beside it. I ask Kenny to speak to his supervisor and he told me he was gone for the day that he will return my call. No one has called me. A very dissatisfied and displeased with this company, they could not give me a realistic answer why they took this extra money out on my payoff. Please be aware at all times there was no honesty displayed.

I had a very good experience using this company. I did finance through them because of my credit not being the greatest. I always made my payments on time so their was no issues and I financed for 48 months. I just paid it off two months early and saved a little but I own it free and clear now. Payments were easy to do via online portal. Over all positive experience would definitely use again
