I am a tenant with RPS for a couple of years now and they are very respectful and understanding. They are quick to answer a text if I have an issue. Any questions I had have been answered also. As long as you communicate with them they can work with you . I am glad i have a great management team like them😁

It’s IMPOSSIBLE to get a live person on the phone!!! I’m trying to schedule a viewing in a rental property and all I get is automated voice that keeps looping and when try to schedule online you submit online request and NO ONE gets back to you!!! I also went to their business address, it was a joke, it’s an unfavorable area apartment complex that has security doors that you cannot enter!!! Is this a real business? Unbelievable!!!! How does anyone rent anything listed by them and I can only wonder if maintenance is needed what a nightmare that would be too!!! Wow, not ok!! 😡

First want to say ever since we have moved in there has been a plumbing issue that never seems to get resolved correctly, we have been out of hot water multiple times for more than 24 hours. Then when I contact the office rep Adaline i have trouble getting any response from her she is the rudest in the office when she communicates. I can’t believe someone with her attitude is allowed to have her job. I’ve told them about things that needed to be fixed from day one and yet have not been done. It’s very unprofessional when it comes to tenant decency and getting issues resolved in a timely manner.

I was a tenant with RPS and they were very kind and respectful. They helped me with anything that I needed help with any maintenance that had to be done was done within a couple of hours of notification. All the staff is very friendly and helpful with any and our needs. I would definitely live in there apartments again.

I had recently moved to Bakersfield from LA and was having trouble finding a place that would accept my dog. Luckily I was able to meet Adilene, property manager, and she was able to help me find a rental that fit my budget and had everything I need. Unfortunately I had to move back, yet that didn’t take away from the service I received. If you need to find a rental, please reach out, they are great! If I ever move back I will definitely reach out to Adilene!

I lived here for several years and I can say I'm pleased with the establishment. It has its ups and downs like any place but I notice they are always on top of the problem. Some issues may take more time then others, due to how the problem needs to be addressed and what is the best solution. But all my issues regarding my problems have been fixed and at a good timely matter. Even during these times of covid, they are willing to work with you and never once made me feel like I'm about to be evicted. I just had an issue recently and the girl who has worked here since I moved in helped me out asap; She is amazing. Furthermore, they have a new person with glasses working in the office and she is truly wonderful. She is very sweet, kind, professional and makes asking about a problem feel at ease. She is always on top of things and makes living here great for me and my kids. I would recommend this place to anyone.
