This company shows no care for tenants. It’s nearly impossible to get someone on the phone, if you do it’s highly unlikely they can or are willing to help. When you need them, good luck. Called on an emergency gas leak, took over 12 hours to respond and when they did send someone, they didn’t even have a key. This is just the most recent incident. RPM shows a complete disconnect to its tenants and a lack of attention to detail within their own inter-workings. The most un professional group of “professionals” I’ve worked with. Our building and facility is great, outside of that you are treated as just another source of money. If you want to be treated as a human and not just another paper coming across a desk, look elsewhere.

Run! Don’t rent from these people! They are the worst company ever!!! How you jack the rent up $400 in one month and not send a lousy notice in the mail! Like they don’t know where I live! This broke down place ain’t worth the $1380 but to now pay $1780! I’ll live in my car before I give them that money again. On everything! They never fix anything timely because they give it to a company that passes it off 7 times before some reject part time unidentified handyman comes to do it! $1780 and I’m afraid to go on my back porch because I might fall through it? But they know that! Just money hungry! Worst company ever! These people patched a hole in the roof with a piece of scrap metal and got the nerve to want $400 more month? You gotta be kidding! They really gonna do some illegal mess like that? Ain’t no way it’s legal to up the rent with no written notice!!! Who running this place? Children? Beyond unprofessional!

The only person there that knew anything or got anything done was Kristy and I'm told she doesn't even work there now. I've paid rent 4xs now and still no one has been able to help me set up my online account to pay online so its a pain every time. Anytime I call, the person has an attitude or acts like my issue isn't important. We love our house but RPM Group is absolutely miserable to deal with. So unprofessional and I'm not even sure what they're getting paid for if they don't do anything.

Avoid at all costs. Rented a house full of black mold, held deposit for "deep clean/ carpet clean" when the house was cleaner when we left than when we moved in. Sad that companies like this are still getting people's money. THERE'S A REASON THEY HAVE A 1 STAR Google review, do your research on this company!

This company socks. All they are worried about is the money that they collect and their accounting. They do not check on properties that they rent out on a monthly basis and at end of the lease when tenant leaves they want you to spend all the money to fix all the damages before they rent out the property again. If they managed it on a continuous basis we did not have to spend over $4000 to fix things that the tenant damaged. The property was in excellent condition when we rented it out to the tenants with this company. They also take their sweet time to deal with issue. Landlord interest is not their concern at all.

These are the kind of properties that they rent out. Had to have my roof repaired 2 times in 2 months due to a toilet leak. Had 2 non working toilets and then Sturbridge has the nerve to not even give me my full deposit back when I paid my rent before time. Worst stay ever. Waste of a company.

LANDLORDS BEWARE!! This company scams inexperienced landlords with ABSURD contracts which include: not being able to use your own maintenance person, not having to give you receipts, automatic $500 single repair without prior approval and, they try to sneak in a 2.5% commission should you EVER sell you property. My next step is to report them to the Arkansas Real Estate Commission.

I’m a current tenant of RPM and I’m not satisfied with the service. It’s a 100 degree weather outside and Kristie Talley stated that the air conditioner being out is not an emergency situation. I’ve been residing here for a little over 2 years and never heard such nonsense.
