This place will give you the absolute run-around! They make you pay the application fee for each adult if you are not married, and then will not even return your call. They are liars! I put in an application and have perfect credit and a clean background and still no reply after 2 months. You will call, they will lie to you telling you they will call you back but they will not. They said that they have apartments ready for move in, but when you ask about moving in they say they are still working on the apartments?
