Roxy is amazing! Our lender recommended her to us, saying that people are never disappointed, and that turned out to be so true.

What impressed us most was how honest and detail-oriented she is. At every house we visited, she pointed out potential issues—sometimes things we would have totally missed. It almost felt like she was working against her own interest as an agent, but we really appreciated it. By the time we put in an offer, we knew exactly what we were getting into and felt confident in our decision.

When we bid on our house, our offer wasn’t the highest. We were ready to go much higher, but Roxy actually stopped us (again, looking out for us instead of just closing a deal). We increased our bid just a little, and we still got the house!
