The secretary wanted to charge us $25 per key for the home to look at. Let's say you wanted to see 2 of the houses for rent that would be $50. Then as we looked at their rented homes it was very filthy. Honestly I would not deal or rent from this company if they don't take pride in renting their property

I've lived here for 3 years and always paid rent on time. However I'm being evicted October 31 2022. Reason. My lease is up then. Under Georgia law they have the right to do that as long as it's a 60 day notice. Also I'm disabled and on dialysis. If location has 5 or more apartments landlord could not evict me without just cause because I'm disabled. That's right only 3 apartments in complex. Update to this post!! Since I received the eviction notice I've spent 175$ in application fees to rent another apartment. I was pre approved until Rowe sent emails stating I had poor housekeeping and that they had sent several letters to me about it. I do remember getting a letter about two years ago. But not several letters. So I asked Rowe about that and if letter where sent certified. To which I was told no the letters where sent first class mail. I told them I never received them. To which they told me that was between me and post office. Remember now my eviction notice is only that my lease is up. Now ROWE is interfering with me getting another apartment. Two weeks before I received this eviction notice. There was a major water leak that was happening in apartment adjacent to mine that was going on for two months. They had stopped it for a few weeks. Then it occurred again and was extremely bad. I was constantly cleaning iwater up for two weeks. And had notified ROWE on several occasions. I reported the problem to city code of Columbus GA. Now!!! Two weeks later I get the eviction notice to leave ween my lease is up. And there is nothing on it about my housekeeping. By the way Rowe sent that certified mail to make sure I received it. Now Rowe is making it impossible to get another apartment. I'm disabled on dialysis and facing being without shelter based on emails that I haven't seen. I've added photos of my apartment. This has taken a toll on my health especially that my health is so bad I'm under constant doctor supervision.

I rent one of their properties and they are very good at maintenance there's hardly anything ever wrong with my apartment and they are really nice people and if you have any type of issues they will address them immediately

2nd review:This company is a joke. I have lived in one of their properties for 10 years and I stayed that long due to the land and my kids establishing friends. The entire time I’ve been living there.. their suppose to be administrative assistant Pam has had a problem with me since the beginning. She has treated me so bad the entire time I was there. I have had multiple issues with her concerning my rent being late even though I have paid the rent and all late fees anytime I was behind. Being behind is my issue not there but the way she goes about addressing people is rude and she constantly threatens to put me out for any and everything. She told me that if I’m late on my rent again she will put me out. The reasons for my lateness was due to surgeries I’ve had and she just refused to work with me so it was hard to get caught up. They ride pass my house taking pictures and sending text telling me to move this car or don’t do this and that to their home.. I’m not nasty I’m not a horrible person that house actually looked great after I moved in and I put my touch on it. That house was horrible pipes tapped up, mold and mildew constantly accrued in the bathroom they could not figure out for years and never did what caused it. Light bill was always high because the house is old and has cracks between the doors leading outside. They didn’t do anything about it. My child has health issues so he stayed sick and that’s the reason I believe they eventually made me move becausei told them they could not keep using the bathroom like that but the reasoning was that they were selling it. They charged me a full month rent even though I had to be out 2 weeks before the month ended. They told me I can’t have certain people and it cars at my home. I have tried going to the owners ( Calhoun) they basically dismissed me saying that they listen and go by anything she says. I will not rent from them ever again and I will never send anyone to them

I live at 280 32 Ave.worse place I ever live will not fix thing rat,dust,bug no heat in bedroom unless you keep your door open the only vent in kitchen and living room nothing up to date the owner try to talk to you any kind of way this one lady in her apartment her titles are falling off the wall will not fix this happen 2 year ago and still not fix one apartment is a fire waiting to happen stay away will not fix anything when you call the owner will not come check thing out if I could you would not get no star the do not want to give you your deposit back I had to file court paper to get mind don’t rent 280 32 nd Ave.col ga.apt.3 gas smell do not move their

Wow, what can I say? I couldn’t even get an application turned in without already dealing with rude, mean, disrespectful behavior. If you go into the office, they deter you from applying, act like they have better things to do than talk to you, and treat you like you are below them. Not one smile, not one nice thing to say to me. You will be treated like human garbage if you lease though these people. I was a leasing agent and worked in property management for 5 years and I was shocked that they run their business like this. I had insightful, honest questions about the process and was told to “just do what the paper says but you won’t qualify anyway, so…” Honestly have never been treated that poorly in my whole life and career. The women in that office need Jesus. If they claim to know him- they need to reevaluate themselves.

Rowe Reality is awful. They rent out houses that has black mold in the home. They do a poor job of fixing the home. I had an electrical fire do the lack of fixing the electrical through out the house. They stated that I owed them money at the end of my lease when in actually they owed me for the time I lived in this black mold invested home. The home has rotten windows that they painted over to look as if nothing was wrong. The carpet was invested with little black bugs in which I had to get rid of. I will never go back to Rowe Reality. They need to change their name to Rotten Reality because of the service that they give their customers. Everyone who have had an awful experience with this company need to sue or better yet come up with a class action lawsuits on this company.I am looking for an Authoney that will help people such as myself fight these companies that are getting over good people.They need to be forced to go out of business. This black mold even gave my niece and nephew upper respiratory infection just by staying with me a weekend. . please don't rent 407 Ocean Avenue , Columbus Georgia 31907 because it's filled with black mold.

I've been renting from Rowe Realty going on 2 years this August. They're rent is reasonable , maintenance staff is good anytime I've requested a work order it has been taken care of in a timely manner.
