A few years back, I visited Rosen to find an apartment. Unfortunately, my experience was incredibly rude and disappointing. I was interested in an apartment in Fall River and made an appointment to see it. The apartment was perfect, and the person showing me, Craig, mentioned that if I wanted to move forward, I should contact the person on the card. I did, and everything seemed to be going well. My credit score was 730 at the time, and I didn’t have any renters history with other landlords. Despite this, they decided to proceed anyway. A few days later, I called to inquire about the status, but the person I needed to speak with was always busy. This was quite strange, but I tried to be patient. Weeks passed, and I had yet to hear anything. Finally, I guess they got tired of me calling and told me that another person had taken the apartment. I was shocked and confused. How could this happen? She explained that the person who took the apartment had a credit score of 800 and a long history of rental history. She hung up on me, leaving me stunned. I will never forget this company and strongly advise anyone looking for an apartment to avoid them.

I don't know how you're still in business. I have witnessed your rudeness to tenants. Excuse yourself from attending to your tenants. Very very unprofessional. You can dish it but can't take it

I personally lived in a place managed by Rosen/Becky for the past nearly 2 years and it was very smooth sailing. And when it came time to move (into another property being handled by them) that process was also super easy and efficient as well. You just gotta make sure you meet the general rental requirements and have all your paperwork ready… Would rent from Becky again.

I have lived in my illegal apartment for 6 years and have faithfully paid rent every month to be rewarded with an eviction notice. No reason given just get out. I'm a disabled veteran that pays my rent faithfully. I am on a fixed income and every apartment I have tried to look at charges anywhere from 50-100 per apartment application so I guess I'm going to be homeless as my reward for being responsible and respectful tenant. Thanks Rosen properties my rent on the 25th of every month that's when I get paid. You knew this when you took over a the bs of me being sporadic with rental payments is NONSENSE how dare you spread falsehoods of my character. It's gonna cost you a lot of money to get me out . All of the unpaid taxes for the past six years that you haven't paid. The fines for renting an illegal apartment to begin. Buckle up buttercups I know my rights and I will not allow you to mar my name with your nonsense. Building inspector is in his way to declare this illegal. You have had 6 years of tax free money then you attempt to throw the blame on me lol. That's not happening I pay my bills every month and for you to put that out there shame on you. I have made a copy of this as I do everything. I will see you in court. Kind of lousy to state lies on a public forum , one more thing to add to your transgressionslasy I checked it is illegal to accept money from a resident and not pay any taxes on the unit. Keep smearing my name with your lies, my rent is due on the 25th when I get paid and that's the day you get paid. Your unsavory business practices will be handsomely rewarded by the time I am done. See ya in court bring your tax records I have mine btw slander is a suable offence so I would stop responding with false accusations. If I was not paying my rent you would have evicted me years ago. So keep slandering my name my lawyer is taking notes . We have snap shot your response calling me a dead beat tenant. That's slander I have been late twice I. 6 years once when my MOTHER died and the second my daughter had a nervous breakdown, you have been paid in full with the exception of these two listed circumstance. How about the repairs you half assed and my property got destroyed due to your negligence, 2000 tv smashed because your workers did not do the job you hired them to do, so I lose. Now you think I am going to sit back and allow you to print lies about my rent paying history to further screw me so I can not get a new place Just wow. Also BTW which part of this is false, I don't lie I speak the truth, I have evidence to back up my review, where is your evidence slandering my name. You want to operate part of your business shady and not pay your taxes that's on you not me. Own your transgressions they are coming out in court. Your a clown.btw it's kind I posted about your company online and your shady ways and you would be amazed at how many people reached out knowing it was your company I was talking. If I was a non. Paying tenant as you claimed I would have been kicked out five years ago. btw your lease for the people for two adults and one has doubled good luck with that. Fire department will be here Wednesday to declare this unit illegal , and the IRS has been contacted and are fully aware of you renting an illegal apartment and not paying your taking. Got anymore lies you want to post about me on her I will add it to my civil suit for slander. I will have people checking to make sure you don't rent this fire trap to anyone
Money over safety right? Reading your reviews more bad than good how proud you must be when the majority thinks your business is awful. Have a good weekend though I'm including to show where your stellar maintenance workers stored the gas and propane tanks in the yard right by my only fire exit yup y'all are point.

I’m trying to find an apartment Becky showed us one it was really nice good neighborhood. Then told us we got denied for VAPES because they “cause fires”I have amazing credit and make about 70k a year and they tried to show me another apartment in the hood and the door could barely open. These people help their own if you are African American please avoid this company they want you to keep you in the bad neighborhoods and keep systemic racist going. Please avoid these racists

These are the rudest people on the planet! The property manager claims the landlord did not want me to view the apartment based on my VERIFIABLE MORE THAN ENOUGH LEGALLY OBTAINED income! I have good credit and NEVER been to housing court. I have nothing in collections and current on ALL my financial obligations. I just filed a complaint with HUD because I know this is NOT legal! Property owners, you should reconsider this company because they are rude and possibly turning away good tenants costing you money

Rented an apartment that was managed by RPM for 4 years. They were always professional and quick with communication and maintenance issues. My direct experiences with Becky were great, she was always friendly and helpful. I have to think that there's more to the story than what's being told with a lot of these 1-star reviews.

I’ve met very few people I can rely on. Many promise it all and never deliver. I tried several options. With experts, Hold onto to the exceptions. Rosen Property Management qualifies as the exceptional. Over 15 years, I fixed many issues with the family house. I’ve been very capable. But my legs wore out & dad needed care. Find experts? They have a reliable team. Tenant situations? It’s a litigious minefield out there! They were firm with decency. I never want to be a landlord again (read Proverbs 26:11). I scaled down for retirement, sold the big house, & now rent a good place from them. My only regret: I didn’t call sooner.
