Rose Krinks is a high level experienced listing agent who sold my home in Alameda in record time. My husband and I have worked with Rose Krinks twice now, to buy and sell our home. When we first met Rose we were first-time homebuyers and knew very little about the process. Rose was very patient and walked us through everything. She always showed us whatever homes we wanted to see, but never pressured us to make offers. She has a great balance of being responsive, without being overbearing. The Bay Area is a competitive market, but with her help we were able to buy a home within just a few months of working with her. When we were ready to sell our house we were in a hurry, as we were relocating for work. She helped us get our house ready to go on the market in just one week. She was there every day staging it and even helped us with painting! Rose really went above and beyond to make sure everything looked perfect. On a tight budget, it was especially helpful that staging was included in her realtor fee. She did open houses every weekend and we were able to sell within a month of listing the house! After meeting multiple realtors throughout this process, I’m happy we worked with Rose and would definitely do so again, given the opportunity.

I’ve worked with Rose Krinks for years. She is a fantastic, down to earth listing agent in Alameda. I don’t know if you’ve seen the types of real estate transformations that Rose Krinks has done but I would suggest that you ask her to show you some before and after pictures of her listings. Simply AMAZING! If you want your home to sell for top dollar you must see what Rose will want to do to your home—did I say AMAZING! Oops I did. Well it is. She is a hardworking and compassionate realtor who puts her clients first. I am confident that you will be thrilled with Rose’s real estate services and results.
