We had a great experience renting a forklift from these guys! They are great and will bend over backwards for you! We are a company from out of state and usually are not treated this nice due to that with rental companies! If you want a great forklift, with a great price and wonderful staff, rent one from these guys! Highly recommend.

Was told I'd have delivery in the morning, they hung the phone up on me when I tried to explain that I have guys on the clock and they are costing me $$ because I had planned for morning, because that's what I was told. I've lived on the kenai peninsula my whole life and have regularly used rons rental, until now. Never again.

Make sure you find out exactly how their rates work. They don't know their own rates, and each sales rep tells a different story. If you talk to one guy when picking up, you might be paying a totally different price when dropping off.

Used them multiple times, yet they continue to surprise.

I haven't rented equipment but I know they sharpen chain saw chains. We bought a Honda weed Wacker to and we like it. The guys are pretty nice.

Be careful, if something breaks while u have it they will make u pay for it Even if it was someone before you.i was told the machine was ready to go but it ran out of def fluid shortly after I took it. Cost me a ton of down time and they did nothing to help.
They made me pay for an almost $900 back window of their loader that literally broke while piling snow. I’m not mad at them and will rent there again as a last resort. Just a warning to all

I have never left a review like this that I can think of. It's not something I personally do. But I am going to today.

They have lack of communication and transparency. hard to contact and get information about what's going on. we rented equipment for 32 hours and we are down quite a bit of money and only used 4 hours of it. not impressed at all. I think we should be refunded almost all of the money. for lack of communication, inconveniences, and only using the equipment for half a day.

worst rental place outta there , first auger was broke and still had to pay full price
2nd time roto hammer was rented , realized I would need longer I ask if I can buy tool ya we do that I'll get back to you . a week gone bye now 2 340 charge to bank accnt ,then over 3 weeks later I get a call being called a thief . no I won't pay you 1500 is now what tool cost . horrible
