This place is a scam. They just still your money. Made me and my husband fill aplication and been denied both times. They still people money. Please don't do business with them you will regret it.

This is place is scam! My boyfriend and I submitted application for a property and submitted all the required paperwork and the $50 application fee. I called the office three times over a 2 week period, and was told each time that our applications were sitting on the rental agents desk waiting to be reviewed. When I first applied they said the wait would only be 72 hrs. The people in the office were rude and spoke down to me. I never heard back or received a refund. If I could rate lower I would!

WORST COMPANY EVER! I was a tenant for 2 years that always paid rent on time Except one time which I called in advance to make payment arrangements and held up to it, they were very rude about it all the while. However the carpet was ruined when I moved in I shampooed it on numerous occasions even when I moved out and was still charged $110 bc they said it did not work IN WRITING !!!! I also left window blinds when I moved out because there were none when I moved in and did not need them anymore and got charged $55 because they said they were not clean! I personally bought those blinds and left them to be nice!!! I moved out and returned my keys cleaned up the yard even put pinestraw around the borders and was still charged $110 for yard clean up !!! its not my fault I moved out before the hurricane and RB decided to finally check on the house this past week! I know that because I moved into a house down the street and they left the lights on in one of the bedrooms when they checked on it ! I even pressure washed the house when I moved out which was not asked!!! They will do all they can to keep the deposit ! My deposit was $550 my return deposit I got back was $45 What a joke! They have more bad reviews then good ! So happy I am no longer with them !

Illegally denying people due to other things than qualifications. I proved more than over the rent and credit score am a single mother with child who owns her own business and they accepted another application without even accepting mine when they had me waiting for the results for almost 2 weeks. Told me theyed get back to me if the new applier wasn't approved. If I could put zero starts I would. I felt so bad I cried all night.

Me and my family have enjoyed being tenants of Ron Border's. They have worked with us when we really needed it and have fixed everything in a timely manner. All the staff have been nice and friendly in person and on the phone. Good property management company and a good staff.

Not sure why everyone is being dramatic. I never had any issues with them. When the water heater started leaking, we brought it to their attention and they had it replaced within a couple days. Only thing that peeved me was not getting much of my deposit back. But if I'm ever living in that area again, I definitely won't be afraid to go to them 👍

Anyone who has a problem with Allen Nagy or any of the Ron Borders staff is ridiculous. They've been nothing but kind and accommodating. They very clearly explained the requirements of the lease and they were willing to work with us so we could bring our dog to a normally pet-free property. Definitely one of the friendliest property managers around.

I gave one of my friends a ride here so he could apply for a rental. He was the first to apply. They gave the house to another person "more qualified", though his credit wasn't bad nor was his income low. The biggest issue was RBPM took a full week to inform him of this which stalled his home search during that time.
