Spoke to Kara (Cara?) the new owner on the phone. She was no longer managing the property portfolio which brought me to Rollie Gilliam realty but she was still both extremely helpful and cordial. Kara went out of her way to explain why they no longer managed the portfolio and where I might go for some other, better options. I would certainly suggest anyone looking for properties in Modoc County call Rollie Gilliam Realty first, because they seemed to be honest and straightforward.

Cheats. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! They are slum lords who will allow you to live in filth, tell you what you want to hear, but never fix anything. Then they won't give you your deposit back. Rollie is nice, but Kara is OUT TO GET YOU! GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING!!!
