Do Not Recommend Renting from This Landlord. My experience with this landlord has been extremely disappointing. Their attitude throughout the ordeal was dismissive and unprofessional, making it clear that tenant well-being is not a priority.

The lack of empathy and basic courtesy during such a stressful time speaks volumes about how they treat their renters. I strongly advise against renting from this company—you deserve better.

Due to my past experience renting in Valdosta I wanted to wait. I’m Seven months renting with Roger bud. I have had ZERO problems with them. Anything broken they send for fix. I was hesitant also because some of the reviews but these last seven months they really have been on top of everything. Office staff very friend. They will also work with you so don’t be afraid to speak with any of the ladies in the office. I would definitely recommend

Didn't like having to come up with a non refundable application fee, and a down payment ×3 up front due to fixed small income. ( would work best with a split pmnt) Over all honest people, get stuff done accordingly. As long as u pay the rent on time...u have no problems.

My mother has been renting this trailer for 7 years now. This week she got a letter that her rent is increasing 78% !! Yes, almost double all at one time.. I went to the office hoping it was a mistake but no. I don't know what we're going to do yet but I don't want to give a single dime to a person who does this to a 76 year old widow living on social security. Greed is a terrible thing.

Just noticed my review posted as 1 star and no description. That was a mess up! We rented from them for years and never had a problem. We switched addresses and even asked if they could discount rent and the last said she would call me back. Called back with a discount! Not much but still discount. Every time I needed something fixed it was done.
