We would never use Mark Cook or Rosy Sparks with this realty group. They rarely communicated with us unless we called first. Very poor customer service, like we were an inconvenience. Don’t answer their phones or call back till you call multiple times and start complaining. Also Rosy told us Mark stated he doesn’t work weekends...Really! We have done multiple real estate transactions with other realtors and never been treated this poorly.
