Very rude and unprofessional. When he came to our house for the appraisal he sat at the kitchen table while the lady (not sure her qualifications as an appraiser) who was with him walked around. When we received our appraisal and had questions we were told to send him an email as he’s hard to get on the phone since he’s "out of the office." When my husband sent him an email, his response was very rude. My husband was just trying to understand how he came to his value. When we questioned him on the value he came up with, compared to the comps, he told my husband to call the tax assessor to see how they do their job. Clearly this guy doesn’t like a paying customer to have questions on how he determines value and takes it personal. We weren’t trying to make it personal, rather understand the value, when there was a drastic variance compared to the comps that he used. When we appealed it with the lender, they agreed with us and he only increased our value $3,500 when it should have been increased a significant amount more. Even the underwriter said based on his/her experience and comparing to true comps that the lender found, the value should have been 40,000-55,000 higher, excluding the land value. If your lender is using this company I would request another appraiser.

If you’re looking for a house appraisal do not use this company. I understand people are overloaded with work these days but if you can’t handle it you should not except it. Bad communication. Trying to close on house refinance. Took over a week to get our appraisal. With many phone calls unanswered and emails. Finally it came through yesterday with the paperwork. I felt like we were being scammed and was ready to take other action. Just don’t deal with these people and stress yourself out. They were totally not worth it.

The worst! Untimely, unprofessional! Over 2 weeks to get the first appraisal and another 2 plus weeks when requested to review by mortgage company. I feel like I should get my money back..$685 is unheard of in NW Ga for an appraisal. Do yourself a favor..just dont use this company for real estate appraisals

These people are terrible. They appraised my house as a 3/2 and when they were called out and had to change it to the correct 4/2 they only increased the appraisal by $1,500!! Please don’t use if you want an honest and accurate appraisal.
