We had such a wonderful experience with Robson homes purchasing a brand new home. We have been at Rosewood for a few months now and couldn’t be happier! The build quality is exceptional, and the service you receive is top notch. We weren’t even planning to purchase a house and were just driving around and stumbled upon the neighborhood. Lives everything about it including the aesthetics as well as the floor plans and materials used. What an amazing builder and great experience! Robson builds gorgeous homes that look custom rather than cookie cutter. They included so many wonderful features such as wide plank hardwood flooring and the same on stairs, marble countertops, lovely cabinet and tile selections, annd more! Our family recently purchased a Robson Home in Los Gatos. We have purchased a number of newly constructed homes in the past from different builders including a Robson Home in Fremont and I can confidently say that they are the best - well designed, attention to detail, outstanding communication and service throughout the process including post sales!

This time we decided to take advantage of their trade-in program where Robson Homes buys our old house at a very fair and competitive price. It really took away all the stress that comes with having to sell your house in a tight timeline. Amazing program and I am fairly certain my recent purchase would not have been possible without their trade-in program or it would have been much more painful trying to sell our house in this tough market. The efficiency it brought and the stress it took away were truly priceless!
