Paid rent and was served a 5 day eviction notice week before i have c-section plus two days after that was served turned off JUST electric. is quick as hell to take money. refuses to work around a set pay period so stuck paying late fees every month with it totaling 1320. Mold in bathroom, went three days without heat because he refused to answer his phone but answered when threatened to call a company out, walks in house while you’re sleeping, and or gone, fridge has went out multiple times, says it is our responsibility but will not allow us to buy a new fridge until we moved out. toilet has been broke and leaking, you can literally move it across the bathroom. nothing has been updated. Says it cost 1500 to paint house but uses the cheapest paint and paper blinds. had two broken panes in window and refused to replace so we had to screw windows shut.

Currently been living in one of his houses for three years. I have mold going in three rooms my ceiling fall on my child curling still not fixed you can see daylight from the inside 3 of my rooms leaks when it rains and the water goes down to the plugs fridge went out he told me to go buy an ice chest. Another ceiling in the boys room started to fall ceiling still not done 210 in late fees if rent is not paid by the 5th and will and has shut off my electricity in the middle of winter below freezing weather with 6 small children in the house. Sewage comes out in the back yard one toilet leaks when you flush it the other one you can sit on and do a 360. I would move in a heartbeat if I had the funds. This man does not care about his homes nor tenants and I pay 1100 a month for 3 yrs

I met this man who rented an apartment on Jefferson to me. He took my cash real fast. But he has some maintenance men who work for him, ones gf is Maria Estrada. She told him(Robertson) I was a felon. He took my rent again, then called me to his office to tell me to move with my background printed out. He evicted me, refused to take any rent and used failure to pay as eviction reason. His apartments here are falling apart, never cleaned ( I scrubbed for two days before moving in,) His maintenance workers are rude( sat on roof by my window and drank whiskey as they scraped the stuff that kept the wind out of apartment from windows. So now I refuse to make his eviction easy.
