Terrible poor customer service, Closing was delayed due to negligence. Poor communication, which Lead to lots of misunderstanding. If you're not communicating with your client that's terrible alone. Terrible experience even the day of closing. Maybe smaller home loans aren't welcomed here or wanted, reasoning for my negligence along this process. Just felt totally neglected, Overlooked, and hurt by this entire process dealing with this company ☹️ can't say I would recommend them to my worst enemy.

Not only were we denied by two other lenders but we lost our closing cost, we were lied to by other lenders and was given a raw deal. We were basically homeless? no compromise from the seller for a deal gone bad, on top of that we were robbed out of money by a moving company. Depressed broken with no where to turn and lost all hope the only alternative was prayer for a lender and a company that has compassion. My husband and I shed real tears…From soup to nuts she worked our loan, she was very sensitive about our situation and approached our purchase as if she was the buyer. I can’t thank her enough for the consolation, the tears our sleepless nights but we got to closing smoothly and well taken care of. Roberta from Nexxa Mortgage is the best in the business.
