The RMS Team has been my property management company for little more than 3 years and I am happy with their service. Harlem Howard is my property manager and she does a great job supporting me. Harlem is professional, knowledgable, polite and skilled in her field. She manages the owner tenant relationship very well. She does a great job of helping me as a property owner to manage costs and this is greatly appreciated.

I strongly advise against trusting RMS Team to manage your property. They create the impression that tenants are the problem, making you feel dependent on their services. This results in wasted money and frustration. A property management company should never make tenants feel like they need to take legal action against the landlord due to their mismanagement.

If you’re considering hiring a property management company, I recommend looking elsewhere. There are many other companies that genuinely care about responsible tenants who pay rent on time. After nearly two years of dealing with RMS Team, I’m relieved to be closing on my own home soon. Unfortunately, this experience has been nothing short of a disaster, where professionalism seems to be lacking, and respect for tenants, particularly of certain backgrounds, is sorely absent.

They managed a property of mine as I am out of state and would not recommend them to any investor looking for a property manager that has there best interest at heart. Linda was my contact, she became very argumentative and adamant about minor repairs. There " licensed contractors " they use are bogus and i was ripped off multiple times.
There tone when talking to them got even worse when i decided to sell and not use them as the selling agent.

Update-
Multiple repairs for the same issue, without ever questioning the tenant or holding them responsible for a $2000 plumbing repair.

I no longer have access to their portal for end of year taxes.
