Our A/C went out days ago and the tech came out today on a Sunday to fix it! I believe it was Herman that came out (if I'm wrong about his name I will apologize profusely now) but he was very thorough, very knowledgeable, he kept me informed with everything that he was doing. Thanks to you lovely guys, our A/C is back up and running and we are more than thankful and blessed you guys come out to fix it! I will highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone! Also I meant to add the owner even called me herself to make sure that everything went well today when he came. Like really, what company does that anymore?!!! Keep up the amazing work and I absolutely support!

I can’t give enough praise to the team at RMNT! My water heater was broken and I was out of hot water for 10 days due to negligence from my landlord. They first sent out a very helpful plumber, Hector, who determined the issue was electrical. When my landlord wouldn’t help they came to the rescue!

A very friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable electrician, Jean, came on a Saturday and completely fixed the electrical issues relating to the water heater. He walked me through what he was doing and made sure everything was set before he left. They also stayed in close contact with me the entire time to make sure everything was going smoothly.

I am beyond grateful to have found this honest and efficient property management company. Definitely will be recommending them to everyone I know!

I had an issue with my septic tank, which was a nightmare to deal with, but RMNT came in and did everything under the sun to fix the issue. Their communication is 10/10 and they kept me informed every step of the way. I’ve never worked with a property management company that cared about their tenants as much as RMNT does.
