I really appreciate Rickey and Chris for the work they did on our rental. They installed a back door. My girl and I had a pleasant professional experience with them. They answered any questions we had, they had a pleasant attitude, and showed us the outmost respect while working on our house. My water heater went out and I had water everywhere. I called RMA and made a work order and they sent Mr. Phillip out and another associate. They replaced my water heater with a new one and also sent a carpet cleaning service out to get up water and clean carpet I would give them 5 stars they both had great attitude and worked real quickly with the matter. Ricky and Chris are always on point when they visit my home to fix anything. They are very thorough and they let me know what was the issue and how they will fix. They are very neat workers.
