I’d give 10 stars ⭐️ if I could. My partner and I just closed on a house, and Rize went above and beyond to make this a fast, efficient, and seamless process. We especially loved working with Gaston. He was the absolute nicest, kindest, and most helpful person throughout this process, and really helped ease all our anxieties. We were able to reach out to him at all hours, even on weekends, and he would always work to make time for us. Rize has the ability to do a very quick close (within 2 weeks) which was extremely attractive in helping our offer stand out, especially when we were in a bidding war. We started off our process looking to buy in Connecticut, but then had to switch gears due to unforeseen circumstances and stay in Oregon. We were so pleased to find out that Rize is able to help you buy a house in almost all states (except for 2, I believe). I could go on and on about Rize, ultimately they were truly fantastic to work with. I highly, highly recommend using them.
