The absolute worst customer service! This company does NOT have their residence best interests in mind.
The front desk lady is extremely rude, like she has a rock stuck in her shoe everytime we've ever had to navigate dealing with her.
Riverside is a small town but it is not small town friendly. Do better Riverside!

Needs to do way better. Office person is rude
Water manager is helpful but dont expect the kind of help you use to get in the late 90s . Its all about that money . They think they got a monopoly on water . So if you owe a big bill remember your probably not going to get any help .

Whomever the clerk is in the water department office is really rude. She has been rude since I've moved to riverside. I think they should look into hiring some one that has better customer service skills.

When I had my water disconnected to move instead of getting my deposit back I received an almost $300 water bill because they are greedy and want to find a reason to charge you an absurd amount of money for water you didn't use. My bill for 2 1/2 years was never over $55. So all of the sudden on my last bill I used $300 worth of water I think not
