Our discovery of Jim Pierce was nothing short of a miracle and favorable fate. We had been working with another agent for months looking at different kinds of land and/or property in Dahlonega because we were not very familiar with the area. Our original agent was a lovely person to work with but during the last month of working with her, she had a family emergency and kindly bowed out because she wouldn’t have the time to dedicate to us. During one of our visits, we had lunch at a local restaurant and I remember seeing Jim’s name on a sign that was posted just outside the establishment.
