Working with River City Real Estate was a worry free experience. Ron and Sara were extremely knowledgeable and helpful from day 1. We had scheduled a couple of realtors when we first started looking for a home in Grand Junction. After meeting Sara and Ron we had to look no further. With their expertise we were able to find a lot and new home build within 2 days. Since we took nine months to close due to personal circumstances, Ron was able to work with the Synergy builder to fit those circumstances. We worked mostly with Ron and he kept us up to date since during the building we were living in the Denver area. Ron went to bat for us when we had an issue which made the whole process very smooth.
