I had some trouble with my air conditioner, but Manuel fixed the issue. He was very quick and efficient. He was very polite while working and even explained to me what the problem was. If I ever have an issue again, I hope he’ll be the one fixing it!

I worked with Mandee and Daniel to secure a few apartments for our students. They made the process extremely simple and fast and the apartments are amazing. The amenities are fantastic for our residents and the community as a whole is excellent. Conveniently located off 95/I-4 so getting around is easy. They are professional and knowledgeable in their craft, and the facilities Administration Assistant Jasmine Thompson has been an amazing resource as it concerns managing the staff and handling professional administrative duties.
