I worked with Rob when I purchased my first house, I was incredibly impressed with his diligence. I had the pleasure of being represented by Rob during my extensive search for my first home. Rob was my selling agent at the end of 2020 and needless to say I had nothing to worry about. Prior to listing the house Rob and I did multiple walk throughs and he gave me his expert advice down to the smallest detail on what I needed to paint, fix, and spruce up so that my house would get sold with no issues once we listed it, he even helped with some of the painting that needed to be done to pass inspection! Listen to his advice, hand him your keys, and let him sell your house!
