Poor management owner poor maintenance trailers look like dumps not well kept up mold and rotting away wood all over the trailer and you pay $950 and no upkeep DO not move in this trailer court it up for sale I would not rent anything in this court too much mold the mold is bad for you will be sick not good

My home away from home! Owned and managed by very accommodating and friendly owner, whom invests not just money but also lots of time and effort in the property along with in the homes. Riggins Mobile Home park is perfectly located just far enough away from the busier part of town yet still close to stores and restaurants, which is very convenient!
With the friendly laid back atmosphere; combined with the responsible, caring, and very involved owner, and great management.
Being that I do a lot of mobile home repairs, and improvements at this park and interact with the renters; often I am told how happy and appreciative they are to have found Riggins Mobile Home Park

Rent is a little to high for the quality of the trailer. Plus maintenance is way to slow, families should not have to wait for things to be taken care of.
