Really nice neighborhood, well maintained and friendly people. The location is great considering it's just 5 minutes from I-75 and even though its adjacent to Barrett Parkway, the neighborhood feels like its 'out' in the country! It's also awesome that you can literally walk to Kennesaw Mtn & the park is gorgeous!

Management must have changed. Service is not good for the residents. How do qualify income and go up every year without verifying the residents income has increased

I have attempted to apply for a senior apartment several times in the last month. Today I did however have an appointment with twila at 10:00 am. I left my home in canton to insure I would not be late. I was early and at 10:20 I left after texting and calling. The front door to the community was locked and there was no one there to answer a prospective tenant. Clearly the sign said office open 10-4. Not a nice first time application can’t to this community

The Apartments are Great. The staff on the other hand are very interesting. Please don't ever need anything from them. It's all good when you are moving in but that will be the end of the good Customer Service.

It is very convenient place to live shopping centers are all around in the locations traffic is quite heavy there but for senior citizens the security to get in the building is quite good
