We wanted a realtor who was responsive and that is exactly what we got in Rick Sharpe! During our initial phone conversation with Rick, we knew we had the guy we needed to assist in a home purchase in Baldwin County. Rick was knowledgeable of the buying process and helped us understand Alabama laws as we were out of state buyers. We were lucky to have Rick on our side during negotiations and the closing process. Rick did a wonderful job helping us buy a condo in Gulf Shores long distance. We were not able to come in person so he did FaceTime to show us the unit. Rick is amazing! I found Rick and gave him a call because of his amazing reviews. He helped us over 7 months search for our home, we were very picky and Rick was so patient and never pushy!! We lived about 5 hours from Baldwin county (where we were searching for a home) Rick would do FaceTime showings for us to see if we wanted to make the drive when a new house came on the market. He is so knowledgeable about Baldwin county and the surrounding areas. I was also shocked at how quick he would respond to calls, emails and text! He truly is the most knowledgeable, professional and responsive real estate agent we have ever worked with and we are so thankful we found him and he helped us find our dream home!!
