MOLD INFESTED; they just paint over it. I lived in their luxury apartment for 5 years and had a water leaking into my ceiling and carpet the entire time from above. I reported it several times and the claimed they couldnt find anything each time even though my items were ruined and molded. My electrical equipment ruined. Twice they claimed to fix it, when all they did was paint over it.

I lived at The Pointe Brodie Creek Apartments for 5 years and now they’re GARNISHING my pay for failure to pay last months rent on a month to month lease.

They paid more in lawyer fees than the amount they are garnishing for. They saved thousands already in not repairing the damages. I should’ve left in 2020, when they increased rent within the first year of the pandemic. I found that odd because considering the state of affairs.

*I have pictures of all the maintenance request I put in and the mold, going up the wall, carpet and into the AC unit. If you live in building 12, know that it’s infested *

The apartment FLOODED after 5 years of me complaining about water leaks. Which they claimed they couldn’t find any.

They had no plan, resolve or intention fixing the damages & the apartment was uninhabitable. Not to mention my music equipment was damaged from STANDING water … this was the last straw for me! All they offered was a fan to dry the carpet after stopping the leak. At this point I just wanted to leave so we agreed that I could terminate my month to month lease without a 60 day notice.

To my surprise they wanted me to pay for the last month even though the apartmentent was not livable the past 30 days. Nor did they offer an alternative hotel or apartment for me to live in the process of sorting it out . I didnt think that was reasonable and I DID not pay it.

All they did was bring a fan in the apartment and stop the pipe (which burst above me)

I have pictures & videos of the mold , and screenshots showing that I’ve complained about water damage since 2019. They never repaired it.

—- I suffered SEVERE allergy, skin and respiratory skinners along with chronic migraines while living here for FIVE YEARS ——

the mold infested not only the AC system & spread But caused a BUG infestation as well.

I’m very sure someone is living there right now with no clue as to why they FEEL SO SICK., and the management knows Mold causes permanent damage To your health.

Imagine being gaslight by a “luxury” apartment like this! After paying that much money and suffering so much discomfort!
