We recently closed on a house in Alameda, all thanks to Richard!
He's worked with us for a couple of months to help us land a great spot in this great neighborhood. I really appreciated Richard's knowledge of the area and his experience to help us not only understand what we are looking for, but to actually get us the house we wanted.
