I trusted Revolution Rental Management to manage my property, and it has been an absolute nightmare. This company has cost me thousands of dollars and caused me endless stress. Here’s what I’ve experienced:
• The tenant they placed in my home failed to pay full rent for over five months. Despite their claims of thorough tenant screening, it’s clear that either they didn’t do it properly or outright lied.
• When the tenant moved out, I had to notify the property management company myself. The tenant stole my washer and dryer and caused over $10,000 in damages, which the company confirmed. Yet, they refused to give me any information on the tenant, making it impossible for me to file a police report.
• They refuse to honor the guarantees in my contract, including $3,000 for pet damage, $5,000 for lost rent, and $5,000 for property damage. Instead of using the tenant’s security deposit to help repair my home, they kept it for themselves.
• Communication is nonexistent. They rarely respond to emails, won’t share important documents, and left me completely in the dark about the eviction process.
• When I told them I wanted to terminate my contract, they threatened to stop the eviction process and void the guarantees unless I stayed with them.
I’ve lost over $10,000 in unpaid rent and utility bills, and now another $10,000 in damages, all because of their incompetence and dishonesty. This company preys on property owners and offers no accountability. I’m working with a lawyer now and know I’m not the only one dealing with these issues.
If you’re considering using Revolution Rental Management run the other way. They will cost you money, time, and peace of mind. Do NOT trust them with your property.

UPDATE: The company offered me $500 dollars to remove this post. So if you are wondering why you haven't seen any negative posts, this is the reason.This company would rather low ball people then to do their jobs correctly the first time.They still owe me $1000's of dollars, multiple clients working with my lawyers to sue them, and I still haven't heard back from them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We are glad that we chose revolution rental management to manage our property. They have a good customer support with effective communication. Mary Saldana client success manager was on top of all email communications. She responds to all queries immediately. Have to mention Zach Chapman is so friendly and Travis pack was helpful as well on leasing the property.

I just moved in to an apartment in Decatur and appreciated working with Andrea Villalobos. She was responsive and seemed to work hard at providing timely answers to all of my questions so I could understand the application and move-in process.

Just an FYI for future renters, a deposit is required prior to seeing a lease and I was unable to document my own inspection of the unit. I haven't rented in a few years so I'm not sure how typical this is but after reading other reviews it's a little concerning, especially since the move-in amount they sent me did not add up to accurately match the total, nor did the monthly rent amount; they sent me an itemized list of fees but the total was about $100 more. Thankfully I was paying attention and only paid the amount for the charges I owed rather than blindly paying the total amount they listed.

I'm hopeful that the communication with Revolution continues to be positive throughout the term of my lease, and that the concerns from the previous tenant (who wrote a review as well) are not something I will also have to go through, especially since I have a young child.

If you do choose to rent with Revolution, Andrea Villalobos is a wonderful agent to work with!

They sign up and leasing and listing went smooth thanks to Zach and Travis. The first month income went a little rocky but with Mary’s great assistance I was able to get a better understanding of the fees and deposits. You get a clear graph on your portal showing management expenses and income. I believe renting your home to any company can be scary, But given my experience, this is one that you can trust. Read your fees and Understand what you signed up for prior to leaving a mixed review!

My move-in process was easy and seamless. Andrea was super helpful during the entire thing. The company mainly communicates through, email so just throwing that out there.
