We had a house in the family since 1962 and with the passing of parents needed to sell property. Being sceptical of TV adds I called Revitalize and talked with Charles and had the easiest home sell ever. Todd came out to property to evaluate and within a week had an agreeable proposal and they gave us 60 days to vacate house. Charles and Eddie even helped me load stuff. Truly amazing. Closing was flawless and all closing costs were handled by Revitalize. Revitalize is genuinely legit and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to liquidate a property.

Worst experience ever! We were not told until 1.5 days before closing that this company changed their minds about purchasing our home. We were not told this by anyone that still works at the company but recieved a call from someone that stated they no longer worked there. When we called for an explanation my husband and I were told different things and different prices they could settle on. We asked about compensation for the money we spent on storage facilities, getting rid of furniture, and cleaning our home out completely. We were given the run around and it has been a week and we have yet to hear back from this company. We were not desperate to sell our home but were looking forward to moving and had rearranged our work schedules several time for them to come out with contractors to look at our house. We feel swindled and don't want any other family to have to go through this. We will report to BBB and Chamber of Commerce. Be aware of Bad Business Practices!

Absolutely the worst company I could have ever seen. We were promised multiple times that this company was going to buy our house. The person that told us that was Eddie & Todd. He promised so much that we actually moved out of the house. He gave us 60 days to move out, two days before we had to get out they told us they didn't want the house. So we will be reporting this to the BBB. I don't want another family to go through this.
