“LUXURY” APARTMENTS😭
By far one of the worst experiences ever from roaches, mold, maintenance lazy ash, and the agents/managers all got something up their you know what. DO NOT RENT HERE if you still do you just know we all warned you. Not to mention no parking and they’ll expect you to park at an entire other building and walk from there. If you work nights guaranteed you will have nowhere to park. Also when you move out there will be an option to pay a 100$ cleaning fee. If you don’t like most people and clean yourself they will also still charge you for a carpet cleaning fee for 50$ that they never mention. There will also be a great chance they’ll leave a giant stain on the carpet after you leave and charge another 30$. Oh and you will also still have to pay that carpet cleaning fee even if you pay for the 100$ cleaning fee🤯. It’s also three separate trash fees that amount up to about 50 dollars a month they claim it’s for the compactor, trash itself and the labor
(a family of like 5 in a damn pickup truck). High chance of your trashcan being knocked over or just placed anywhere. My nose hasn’t been stuffy once since we moved probably because we’re not around all the mold constantly. You can find much better for same price or cheaper don’t be a idiot DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE wish I could put MF 0 stars.

I’ve been living here three years and Ashley and Jazz are two of the most personable people that I’ve met and they take care of all the tenants. yes, we know that apartments don’t always go as planned, but these are two people that always make sure the tenants have have indeed what they want and for some of these reviews to be talking negatively I’m very disappointed.

I just moved to Lexington from the other side of town and we absolutely LOVE this place!!! It’s clean and well maintained. The carpets are clean, the tiles in the master bath are all intact and we have a garden tub and a gas fireplace. The bedrooms are all very spacious and the three bedroom is the perfect layout for a single parent with children. There is a really nice walking trail and you walk straight over a creek and bridge and go to the restaurants in walking distance. Ashley and Jasmine in the front office are so sweet and hospitable and very responsive to every question. The maintenance team is top notch, very knowledgeable and have amazing response time. The front office has a pool table and big overstuffed comfy chairs and everything is so clean. I have absolutely no regrets. I love my new home!!!

Love my apartment I’ve Been here Three years and it’s been quiet. love the area and is very convenient to get to stores, etc. I had a few issues with my apartment but when I called the office, the lady Ashley act on it Immediately, maintenance was called it took a while to get parts however, when they fixed the issue I had no problem since, The trash gets a little out of hand on the weekends and holidays but I noticed that when the office is open it’s usually gone in no time. I give it five stars ⭐️ because for it to be an apartment, The outside is very well taken care of, Everyone gets along and they are building something awesome next to the apartments which happens to be near a restaurant from the looks of it it’s gonna look very beautiful when they release the water ..

I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with Ashley,
Walls the leasing agent at Reserve At Mill Landing . She was incredibly helpful and made my apartment search a breeze. From the moment we walked in, she was welcoming and friendly, offering my kids drinks and snacks. Ashley genuinely cared about my situation and provided me with valuable resources to get started. I'm hopeful my application goes through because I'd love to call this place home. It was the best apartment search experience I've had! Highly recommend!

Checking out apartments, came across this complex. Staff is great, its right by a lake with a walking trail. This is on my top list tight now, we are looking for a 3 bed but might settle for a 2 bed because it met all our needs. And the apartment is spacious and well taken care of. Highly recommend you check it oit if you are apartment hunting.

Ashley Walls was an absolute sweetheart and super helpful. We didn't come in knowing exactly what we would be looking for and she helped us make calculations and figure out exactly what we wanted! She had a very polite demeanor and she was very respectful through the whole process! The apartments look good and the location is nice.

I have lived at this complex for 2 years now. And, my apartment has flooded twice due to pipes bursting in either a neighboring unit or in our ceiling. I wish I could say that this was the only issue, but the last year has been especially miserable.

This apartment charges excessive rates for extremely dated appliances, haphazard workmanship, parking headaches, terrible water pressure... and now multiple occurrences of flooding and major property damage. It would be nice to live in an apartment where I wasn’t constantly riddled with anxiety that another pipe was going to burst and destroy things I worked hard for, and make my unit a swampy, smelly mess for a week. The recent pipe bursting completely flooded our entire apartment, and seeped into clothing, linens, electronics, furniture legs... This was the second time. I’ve never experienced apartments flooding before, much less TWICE within the same apartment. And, Maintenence responded quickly. I can say that. But, we’re still waiting on carpets to dry. We have giant industrial fans blowing around our whole apartment. We had initially been offered the model as a comfortable place to sleep. But, we were quickly kicked out of it, and we were asked to find another place to stay, maybe “our renters insurance could cover a hotel”. That’s just not good business, in my opinion. The pipes bursting were not our fault, and we don’t represent or own the property.

It’s just nearly unlivable here. If you are reading this, please make sure you strongly consider other options and use this complex as a last resort. Management does not care and will not go to bat for you. They are only concerned about the rental check they get from you on time every month. Beyond that, they make it extremely difficult living here, and aren’t concerned with your comfort or you as an individual. You are merely filling a money box for them.
