I love Rent Source. By far, they are the most professional property management company I have ever dealt with. Getting my lease executed was easy. Tenant/manager roles were clearly defined and always consistent. The app is fantastic. It was very streamline, fast to learn and all inclusive for managing the property. Reputable, great local businesses always performed my maintenance needs. Lastly, the people at Rent Source are great. They were all very professional, friendly, career minded folks. When I received my keys on day one, Melinda gave me a small house warming plant. For 3 years she remained my primary point of contact. She reached out quarterly, and always conducted the inspections in person. She worked through my lease renewals annually. When it was finally time for me to move on, like always, she was there to help me through the process.

I’m very happy with the professionalism and kindness shown to me by RentSource Corp and Melinda. Melinda is a great property manager. She’s very knowledgeable and responds swiftly to email’s and texts. I had to get the floors replaced and some addtl repairs and she quickly found the best vendors and took care of everything. I appreciate all the hard work she puts into taking care of my property. I highly recommend Melinda and RentSource Corp. for your property management needs.

I’ve been with RentSource, over four years now. In my opinion their a 4 star⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rental company. Easy to talk to, about apartment repairs or concerns. The maintenance request is so streamline. They take very good care of the property. Implementing and maintaining house rules.Making living here a comfortable and safe experience for everyone.

Stay away from this company, I am a property owner and I decided to sign with them but everything is fine until you sign. After you sign, the friendliness and respect disappear, they do expensive maintenance work, and if you don't inspect the work yourself, you'll never realize that they don't even do all the work they charge you for and detail on the work order. and if you question something you only receive excuses and lies. I will never sign with them again. Believe me, I have not had a single good experience with them, every time I talk to them it is a very bad experience due to communication.
