Looking for nice homes in safe neighborhoods with honest rental managers. Then try R.P.M. I have lived in 2 different homes in Paulding County with this company. Both times applying with an easy application and affordable rental prices. Any time I had questions or concerns or even needed advice, Ms. Kim always responded quick to my calls or emails. A 5 ⭐ home rental company.👍

Absolutely terrible! Stole our rent money and smirked when we asked about where it had gone and said they didn't know. Then never gave us our deposit back after promising to do so within 2 weeks. It has been 4 months now. Filed BBB claim. Probably won't see the thousands of dollars they owe us. ZERO STARS do not rent from them unless you want a deceitful, untrustworthy, contract breaking company. Shame on them for treating honest good people so badly! 🙁

Worst rental management (or should I say lack of...) company I've ever dealt with! Kim Cook has absolutely NO idea how to run a business. We drove 2 hours, one way, to meet with her only to be told when we got there that we have to come back tomorrow to see the house. The house we were shown was drawn ALL over with sidewalk chalk, and there was broken glass ALL around the house, which we were told by Kim that it was our responsibility to clean. And while she knew we were driving 2 hours one way, she STILL was not willing to drive 12 minutes to show us the house the first day. To be quite honest I'm shocked that this business is prospering due to the laziness and poor management of the "staff".

Everybody wins when the Property Managers work on behalf of BOTH the owners & the renters. The less adversarial your relationships are with your tenants the more successful you'll be. Lose the "us against them attitude" & you'll have a better reputation.

Real star rating: 0 stars. Renters and property owners beware. Dishonest and rude management company. This company will not state what their fees are in the lease. They will explain what their fees are and make it up as they go in emails. "Our fee for collecting the rent is 9%, late fees are 50%, and old collections are 30%."
