Terrible communication. Had to call and email multiple times to get things. We had extreme plumbing issues that were caused by lack of basic upkeep. Squirrels in the attic multiple times because of holes. Had to delay move in because the house was infested with fleas. The yard was wild and full of poison ivy, which they refused to do anything about.

If I could leave no stars I would.

Extremely rude over the phone. Don’t waste your time or your money.

I have been renting from this company for the past 7 years. I have had problems to occur, however it was taken care of in a timely manner. I absolutely would recommend this company for rental. The owners has opted to sell our property is the only reason we are moving!!

I love this management company, Denise and the rest of the staff are the best, very helpful and caring. My family and I are currently tenants at a property they manage, and ANY problems we have concerning the property they are on it immediately!!! I wish I would've rented from them along time ago!!!

Beware, they like to have their rent on time but don’t help as far as fixing the house. The rent of the house is not even worth it you only paying for a good neighborhood everything they replace is cheap. So sad cause am good people it takes much for me to put a bad review . First it was mold , when we moved in the kitchen counters and the kitchen was horrible the basement was nasty. Windows don’t open until today bathroom knobs get replaced but they use cheap material it’s so sad.

Rental Management Group is an excellent leasing company! Quick responses, even on the weekends, efficient office staff, and maintenance was outstanding! I was sad to leave them when my job transferred me out of town. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, dependable management company!!!!

Don't use this company unless you want very unhappy tenants. The 1 year that I lived in a property managed by the rental management group was awful. And when my lease was up, I had a question about my account so I called them and the lady hung up on me. Very unprofessional and very rude.
