I rented from Rent Appeal for nearly 5 years. My time with them was great. From the start of the application process to the final inspection during move out. In the beginning they provided a complimentary service to have all of the utilities turned on in my name prior to move in, this allowed us to make a smooth transition into our new home. Cara has been there for us from start to finish making our time there so much easier. I always appreciated the personal touch that Cara provided. The maintenance process is streamlined through their app and they reply almost immediately. Pierce helped us during the past couple of years during our renewal process. She was very helpful in getting things in order. I would like to thank them for making our time there enjoyable and less stressful. Edit: The issue got resolved and I was able to apply.

For a week I’ve been trying to apply for one of their rentals but I get the error that my phone number is already in use and I cannot proceed. Since then not only I, but also my realtor, have been trying to call them several times and left voice messages, also we left requests for the customer service on their website - No response at all!
Not sure why they even offer customer support when it’s non existent!

It is one of the best property management companies we have encountered. They promptly respond to maintenance requests, resolve issues to the tenant's satisfaction, and maintain the property for the owner as a long-term interest.

Gerald, who works for maintenance, has done a satisfactory job till now, though he is new to the industry and may need some more experience.

Naomi and Fernando, along with their team, have consistently shown a commitment to tenant satisfaction. They take each complaint seriously and ensure it is resolved promptly, demonstrating their dedication to their role. A thorough inspection before move-in would make things easier to handle later.

Just remember to ask for your deposit
they want that deposit bad. I didnt even hang pictures and there was very little normal wear if any and I had to pry my $2,000 deposit out of their hands, which by the way they made me pay more of a deposit to get a place that had rent of $1,500 for no good reason other than to possibly get a big final pay out.

Note: *Take your own pictures when you terminate your lease agreement so they cant say it was not in the condition that it truly was*

This is a legit company but they have a strategy. out smart them

I had the good fortune to stumble across a rental listing by Rent Appeal for a home in Dawsonville when I was looking to move up from Florida. It was Thanksgiving 2020 and I had just sold me home in Sarasota and had decided to relocate to Northern Georgia. Rent Appeal did an excellent job of making my move as painless as possible. Their staff has changed somewhat over the years but their approach to customer service has remained consistent. Itzel, Cara, Jennifer and Jay have always been kind, courteous and accommodating. I ended up building in Dahlonega and that was indeed a challenge. The construction has taken 21 months and there are still some issues being dealt with. All staff members worked with me by providing lease extensions etc...which helped elevate some of the stress I was operating under. I owe them all a huge debt of appreciation. Thank you all.
