I have lived here for 6 years. This is a very safe and friendly community. The amenities are great and always clean. The office staff Katie and Jessica are very nice and easy to talk to. The maintenance crew Paul,Steve and Juan are the best maintenance guys they are quick to come to repair issues and always very clean don't leave any messes behind.they are very friendly and respectful. I would highly recommend ReNew to everyone.

The staff at ReNew Western Cranston are absolutely fantastic, always friendly, responsive, and go above and beyond to address any concerns I have. I love the sense of community here! Everyone is respectful and friendly and the organized resident events make it feel like a neighborhood. The maintenance team is incredibly efficient repairs are completed quickly and professionally, which is a huge plus for me. The combination Of the beautiful landscaping, thoughtful amenities, and pleasant interactions with the staff has been a pleasure to come home to for these past seven months.

Nice-looking property and all, but this has gone down as the only lease I've ever cut short. This is after renting from five other professionally-managed communities, four of which are labeled as luxury.

The good? Aside from the external visual appeal, the unit I rented had a wood-burning fireplace, good views, and maintenance was *mostly* attentive.

The bad? The unit was a very small 547 square feet, the "recently renovated" kitchen had rather shoddy construction and was drafty inside the lower cabinets, closet space was severely lacking, and the property location is not convenient for highway access.

The ugly? My heat stopped working twice, once in December for no discernible reason, and once in February after that freakishly cold night. The second time, it took three days to get heat back. The whole thing was a nightmare. And on top of that, the thermostat was located on a spot on a wall that warmed up whenever the heat turned on (when it was working), which threw off the readings and made it difficult to set accurate temps, as colder weather made for larger errors. That's where maintenance failed. They never moved it (could literally have been a few inches), and even set the display to read 3 degrees low (maximum offset) in an apparent attempt to cover up the discrepancy without telling me after the second or third work order. When the readings went from 5-8 degrees off to 3-5 off, that was the clue. Looking up the manual online and going through advanced settings is only difficult if you make it so.

Overall, I expected better, especially for being charged $1,750 in rent, which for the record is a full $400 more than it was when I first toured the community in 2017. I recently checked the updated rate on their website out of curiosity and the floor plan was starting north of $2,000. Housing shortage or not, this is robbery. Thankfully I've got a friend with a house and a much better rate to rent a room. But there were some things I liked about this community, so that's why it's 3 stars and not lower. I'll leave with one more pro, a shout-out to Jessica at the leasing office. She was always super helpful and informative whenever I had questions, and was definitely the most trustworthy person there. If she's still there, talk to her and you'll see why. That is, if you have the dignity to fork over $2,000+ for a unit that is one wall away from being a studio apartment.

Renew is a nice community to live in. There are great amenities and consistent upkeep of the grounds and units. The office staff are professional, welcoming and very helpful. Jessica and Katie are quick to answer any questions or concerns. The maintenance crew which includes Paul and Steve are always on site and resolve any issue in a timely and professional manner. It’s not just an apartment. It truly is a community. It’s home.

Renew has been the best living experience I could imagine! from their maintenance crew (paul!!) and the leasing office, they have made living here comfortable and easy. They take such great care of the amenities, the landscape and buildings. Whenever I had a work order, it was done by the end of that day. The staff truly cares about their place of work, and their effort and kindness reflects on the entire community. I wish I never had to leave!

I have been here for about 6 months and I absolutely love it!! I live in a one bedroom apartment which is extremely spacious with a vaulted ceiling in my living room. The kitchen is updated and has plenty of cabins for all your essentials. The big selling point for me wash the convenience of having a washer and dryer in my apartment. The staff and maintenance people are always friendly and extremely accommodating. I worked with Jessica who is in the office she is absolutely AMAZING!!! The few times that I did reach out to maintenance they were so efficient and prompt in getting the job done. The amenities are fantastic the team is constantly making updates to provide the best living environment for everyone. I would Highly recommend this community to anyone who is looking for a safe well maintained place to live.
