I moved in last summer. I love it,it's a great community, everyone is friendly, the grounds are beautiful. The girls that work in the office are polite and helpful Martha and Nancy are nice...the maintenance men george and Pablo are very good at their jobs,always polite..the pool,and bar b que area are really clean,the gym is a plus with a restroom..the apts.are well kept,and remodeled. I have a dog and my back patio is so nice for her to lay in the sun...I highly recommend these apts.they are close to shopping, and the hospital..can't say enough good things about Re New 2050. 👍

Worst apartments when you need maintenance they don’t come you have to be constantly call also when you tell them something in the office they don’t take it seriously o also they be hitting cars with soccer balls they be playing soccer we let them know as well it’s not because we making a big issue that kids are playing but this hasn’t just been once we been inside the car and they have it it while we been in there we said be careful and now again it just been happening I don’t think they going to want to pay for any damages of the car when we already said to send out a note or something just to get there attention no there response was you have to issue it through the portal we can’t do anything right now into you do that like what do you mean cars are being hit constantly do not rent here it’s disgusting with roches and rats just because they changed the name and renewed everything doesn’t change the bad service in the office those to women that are in there that Martha is her name don’t get fooled this apartments are not worth it

Nice place to live. Wonderful neighborhood. Great new management ReNew-Twenty50. Leasing office employees are very kind, friendly, and helpful. There are a lot of changes for better living environments and safer living place. New painting color around the complex, nice garden, and security service much better than before. Recommended to live here.
