My friendship with Kim goes back many many years. I was preparing to open the business of my dreams and needed extra funds. With Kim's knowledge of the housing market, we dipped our hands into a little house flipping until opening my business in 2008. It's been a great 15 years but I was ready to retire and spend quality time with my granddaughters. I knew that selling my business would not be an easy task. If anyone had the experience, knowledge and drive to sell my Pet Boarding Resort, it was Kim. When I approached her with my plan, without hesitation, she replied, "we can do this!" Commercial sales were not her Norm but Kim took the bull by the horns and embraced the challenge. She spend countless hours researching this type of business and how to market the sell. When we finally connected with the perfect buyer, this presented another challenge! Alabama was hit with an epic weather event of snow and ice! Kim pulled it all together, even convincing her attorney to come out in this horrible weather to do our closing. Kim Hallmark, you did an amazing job! As I look back, I am so thankful I made that call to you. Retirement had been wonderful. Kim's final comment to this journey...."It's never to COLD to say it's SOLD!" Thank you Kim Hallmark!!!!

Many thanks to the Hallmark Real Estate Group for outstanding support in managing my mother’s rental home. We are not local to the area and Kim and her staff have been a great solution. They communicate so effectively and have a wealth of resources to any need. They have just done a terrific job of managing the property and taken that burden off of us. Thank goodness for Kim Hallmark! I’ve always bought and sold houses on my own and when a new opportunity had us moving from AL to IN, I figured I’d do it again to save a buck. I said to myself I’d never use a realtor, it was easy. Had the house under contract with who I thought was a legit buyer. Long story short, I was too flexible with my contract and the deal feel through and I had no teeth on the contingency monies.
With a house now under contract in IN, we had 45 days to sell a fairly expensive home when the housing market was slowing a bit. I received a recommendation from our neighbors to call Kim and did. She had the house sold for full list, 30 day close, and no contingencies without 48 hours.
Kim is professional, experienced, detailed, and committed. Now I say to myself, I’ll never try to do it without a realtor. Hopefully there is a Kim in northern Indiana!

She delivered a signed contract, above the asking price, in less than a week. Kim was particularly good in resolving any issue that arose between the contract signing and closing,. Kim Hallmark and her team turned selling our house in Decatur, AL from something I was dreading and intimidated by to an actual enjoyable experience!  I had so many questions and they were all answered with pleasure, quickly (regardless of what time of day/night I was asking), and explained thoroughly at a level that I could understand.  Kim's team went out of their way to help with anything we needed from advising on changes prior to listing, helping stage the house, and even helping move!!  Kim's constant communication throughout the process was helpful and reassuring that there weren't going to be any surprises.  I could not recommend anyone more for selling your house and look forward to working with them again in the future.

If you are in need of a real estate agent, I would highly recommend Kim Hallmark. I’ve worked with when I was a young single woman purchasing my first home, selling my first home (with two small children and a husband!), and purchasing our next home for our family to grow in. She isn’t afraid to jump right in and help with anything. Whether it’s helping with pets during a showing, cleaning up a messy kids’ room, straightening up a kitchen sink just to make it look it’s best; Kim will do it all!
