Hello, after a long thought out process I decided to list three investment properties that I owned with my wife . We decided to hire remax of Lincoln to sell these properties. Agents Carolyn Bassett and husband Steve Bassett (owners of agency)quickly came up with a game plan. These houses went under contract quickly for asking price and with zero issues . The realtor I worked with was nice but I had to coach the realtor within the areas of performance that were lacking. I had to correct the realtor on paperwork that a first-time homebuyer should never have to do. I needed a realtor who's serious about paperwork in general because the realtor made an inappropriate comment about paperwork in front of myself and the listing agent and it truly reflected; there were repeated incidents where the paperwork was not done correctly by the realtor and I almost had to constantly correct the realtor just after having a phone conversation about the next step.

I needed the realtor to be at bat for me more during the home buying process and to look out for me by thinking more forehanded
