This is our second time now and we couldn’t be more pleased with every aspect of Relocal home real estate. Jacqueline and David are the dream team.

From selling our home, finding our forever home and helping us every step of the way from flooring to fencing they do it all (even amazing with kids while making important decisions). I went into buying a home completely unaware of the process. From DAY ONE Ian called me and broke it down to me step by step.. Numerous times. I spoke with multiple lenders I'd found on my own but Ian listened and understood my financial situation and found a lender who could help me. One thing I sincerely appreciate about Ian is that he was always straight forward and honest about things. If we saw a house that he didn't think would benefit my investments in the long run, he'd tell me why. Any time I wanted to see a house, he made time for me. Even off a specific part of the process didn't involve him, he'd still listen to me vent! He communicated with me throughout the entire process and he never left me nervous waiting for an answer. I just closed on my house on Valentine's day and what I thought was impossible 2 months ago is now my reality! Thank you Ian!!
