Reliance Properties Are Working Under Fruad. They Work Out Of Fruad. Eye Been Living At My Residents For Over 8 Years. They Brought The Property. And From The Start Art Gonzalez Was Rude And Disrespectful.Told He Want My Dogs Gone Or Eye Will Have To Move And He Raise The Rent Up On Our First Meeting Him. Eye Had My Dog Kennel For Over 8 Years. Eye Have Pure Blood American Pitbull Terriers.
So He Created A Situation By Calling The Barstow Humane Society On My Dogs He Did This 4 Times. Witch Forced Me To Stay Home And Protect My Dogs From Getting Stolen While At Work. Had To Cancel Work Till Eye Fixed This Situation. Causing Me To Go Into Deeper Financial Hardship. Because Now Eye Have To Research Law And File Paperwork. Spend Money Eye Do Not Have.
Next Art Turning Off The Water. Had To Go To The City For Him To Turn It Back On. Taking Down My Security Cameras, Laughing At My Hardship He Has Put Me In Himself, Loud So The Work Crew And Other Around Could Hear. Because Eye Can Hear Him In My House. Explain To Art That How Eye Am Having Trouble Finding A Place That Will Accept Pitbull Dogs. Eye Have 4 Of Them. And That Eye Found A Place That Will Allow Me To Move In With My Dog Kennel. But It Will Not Be Available Until August. Ask Could Be Give Me 60 Days So Eye May Move My Dogs To A Home. Mr. Gonzalez W
ould Not Even Talk To Me. He Responded With Notice To Tow My Cars If Eue Do Not Move My Cars Tapped On My Cars Car Covers.. Art Have Disrespect My Property Tearing Up My Car Covers. Lifting The Car Cover Up Exposing My Car To The Elements.
All These Problems Happen When Reliance Properties Took Over The Property. They Wanted Me Out To Fix Up The Place And Double The Rent. Eye Asked Him Before This All Happened Why Don't You Relocate Me If You Do Not Want Me Here. His Response Was It It Cheaper To Evict You Than To Relocate You. And Eye Watch Art Create A Situation By Calling The Dog Pound On My Dogs Using The Complaint As Reason To Evict Me. And The Courts Granted His Unlawful Eviction. Eye Have Been Respectful Throughout This Process But Art Has No Remorse Of His Actions. And Is Proud Of His Actions.
Eye Also Watched Art Unlawfully Evict My Neighbor And She Has Grandbabies And She Was On The California COVID Rent Relief Program. He Refused To Partisapate In The California Rent Relief Program. This Is The Beginning Of Another Pandemic. This Company Is Investing In Barstow Property And Evicting The Tentents Fixing Up The Place And Rent It For Double. They Continue To Abuse Their Power. Do Not Rent From Them. And This Is Not All The harassment Eye Have Experience And They Only Owned This Property Since December 2021. You Have Been Informed.

I was illegally locked out of my house and my locks were changed on the 9th of August and they did not have the right to enter my home i have been there 4 years and I got sick asked my oldest daughter to handle my affairs management never informed me of the non payments they took my dog and I needs all of my hospital appliance etc here's the declaration that was issued to my daughter and it doesn't belong to me

I put an application for a property they manage and have yet to receive any contact from them both times I've tried to find out if there was any info and was told by their secretary that they would call meat first in two weeks then in a month as I needed contact before the month was up I needed to find out if the property was still available but since they will not contact me I am forced to leave this review.

I have not had any experience with the company but based off everything I read in the reviews I want to help people stay away from property owners and managers like that it’s not worth it
