I called Anne Yang today as I was interested in purchasing one of her listings in Diamond Bar. Well, I've never experienced someone utterly lacking professionalism and is just rude. I called her cell phone and she answered with "Who is this?" I gave her my name and asked if she had few minutes to talk. She rudely replied "if you're selling I have just one minute for you! If not, no time." When I said I'm not selling, before I can get the words out that I'm interested in one of her listings, she hung up on me!!!

If I plan to sell a house, I would never list with an agent like Anne Yang
