This building is conveniently located downtown, in close proximity to everything downtown LR has to offer. The staff who work in this building are top notch and the upper floors have great views of the Arkansas River.

Regus was a great option for working remote on vacation. I booked a day office for my partner and I and Amanda at the front desk was so helpful. She helped validate our parking and gave us a really good lunch recommendations.

Very unhanded business practices! When you sign up they charge you for two months but do not tell you before you sign the contact. I was overcharged and I had multiple customer service reps to not listen and hang up in my face. Finally on the fifth rep, he was able to see where I had been overcharged. They will tell you that the supervisor is out of the office for the day. However, the supervisor is not located in Arkansas at all. The supervisor will never email you back. They are very careless and money driven. I’d suggest trying other local office building.

Beware! The little rock location is disgusting and never gets cleaned. My wife had trouble getting out of her contract because she was so disgusted. There's cleaning fees that you get charged after you've left your contract, if you don't cancel a month ahead of time, you get charged for a full future month. So my wife ended up paying 1700 and was only there for a week. It's ridiculous. We followed up with customer service and that was ridiculous. The only way is supervisor will reach out is through an email. No one seems to care. The front office at the Little Rock location didn't seem to care. I would recommend finding a smaller office suite that's local to you.

My law office is located within Regus. The front desk staff is always helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I would recommend this Regus location to anyone asking for either a virtual office or a physical one.
