This is going to be a VERY detailed review. We chose this Apartment as a recommendation from our builder. Was beginning to think integrity was a thing of the past until we met the owner Doug and his staff. This place is a class act. It's a NON Smoking complex which we love. The only downside is the paperwork but after living here 6 months I understand why. It is a safe clean apartment complex with so many amenities and great friendly neighbors. There's a volley ball court, a car wash area and a full size always clean pool. The gym is small but with a location across the street from Planet Fitness that didn't bother my wife and I. The grills and gathering area are state of the art. The maintenance run by Lanny is quick and efficient. But we only had a couple minor issues as the apartments are kept like they are new. Thought I'd save the best for last. Location, Location, Location. Everything is within a stones throw and if you need help with anything Kathie Coleman goes out of her way to help. There's a reason why this has been the #1 ( people's choice ) Apartment facility in Greenwood like the last 10 years. It's beautiful. Your gonna love it.

Regency Park is an oasis in Greenwood. The team who owns, runs, and manages this small business are absolutely wonderful. They are a team of God honoring individuals, and it shows in their actions and how they treat their tenants.
The apartments are beautiful, and VERY well maintained. The pictures you see on their website are a true representation of what you will get…beautiful.
I cannot say enough good things about this place, it was a blessing that God allowed us to stay there for our time in Greenwood. Thank you Regency for all you do!

The nicest, cleanest, safest, and best maintained apartment complex I have seen. We lived in Regency from 2019-2021, and it was an amazing experience. We visited Greenwood over the summer of 2023 and drove through, and the complex is clearly still as well-maintained as ever! The staff is quick to respond, friendly, and thorough. The units are beautiful and updated, too. If we ever moved back to Greenwood and needed an apartment, we would choose Regency in a heartbeat!

My mother has lived in the Regency Park Apartments for 5+ years, I have been so impressed with the care and upkeep of the grounds and apartments and the sense of community that is established. Safety is of utmost concern and needs are met quickly and completely. The entire staff of Regency Park want to ensure that each resident is taken care of and enjoys their time in the community. I could not have asked for a better place for her to live. I would recommend it to all that are looking for a quality apartment community that is quiet, safe, beautiful and of the highest quality.

I lived at regency for 2 years while in school and it was the best experience. The whole staff is friendly, helpful, and all my service requests were attended to extremely quickly. For 6 months I was living here alone and still felt completely safe even walking in the parking lot at night. The pool is always clean and relatively quiet, and the staff hosts fun holiday events multiple times yearly. This is without a doubt the best apartment complex in Greenwood and I would have paid double the price to continue living here. Great experience!

We moved to Regency from out of state. The staff is extremely kind and thoughtful. They have gone above and beyond with helping us and sharing their knowledge of the area and South Carolina. These apartments are by far the nicest in Greenwood. The location is great! If I had to complain about one thing it would be that the fire alarms were EXTREMELY sensitive. Which oh darn, the apartment was just being extremely safe! These apartments are also pet friendly and have multiple doggy poop stations located around the property which was very convenient. I cannot emphasis enough how the staff went above and beyond. They are very kind people!

I’ve been living at regency park apartments 7 years now, I moved to Greenwood from Columbia SC and I must say it is the best place you can find in the Greenwood area. The units are up to date and very nice with a great floor plan for roommates. The grounds are kept to a high standard and I must say it’s nice not having to mow a lawn. Regency also has some great amenities, personal car wash, swimming pool, 24 hour work out room, volley ball, and a BBQ pit. However not only are the facilities nice there are plenty of things to do close by. We have a nice downtown area with live music venues and outdoor restaurants, Greenwood lake with state park for camping, and only an hour away from the mountains. The staff here at Regency are also a plus, they are very friendly and helpful and to me have become like family. On most holidays, they have some sort of gathering at the club house weather its catered or a pot luck and I love it either way because there is always good food. Overall I would recommend Regency Park to anyone considering the Greenwood area, you will not be able to find a nicer more well-rounded facility in the area.

I’ve been living at Regency Park for over 10 years and I can tell that this is an excellent apartment complex. The quality of the apartments is outstanding, there are multiple options to fit any request in terms of space, cost, view, and facilities, the complex is conveniently located on By-pass 72, one of the two main roads of Greenwood, where you can easily find the city mall, all the new stores and major restaurants. However, even if you live very close to a major artery, that allows you to easily leave Greenwood in any direction, the location of Regency Park still guarantees a quiet and peaceful environment, with maximum respect for your privacy.
The overall quality of Regency Park’s apartments is second only to their service: the staff is extremely kind, professional, and efficient; and it offers complete maintenance 24/7.
I also enjoy other services, such as the recreational area, the pool, and the gym: all very well maintained and available at convenient times of the day.
One of the things that I appreciate the most about this complex is the feeling of safety: there are surveillance cameras and a safety officer on site. Combined with the fact that they answer any call at any time of the day, this really provides a sense of confidence for a person who lives alone like me, both for my own security and for my properties when I’m not home.
Finally, the staff at Regency Park always produces a remarkable effort to promote a sense of community among the residents: they organize several social events every year, either to celebrate holidays, such as Valentine’s Day or Thanksgiving, or to provide a valuable service to the people living here giving safety courses. Overall, these initiatives are very important to get the opportunity to meet your neighbors and make you feel even more at home.
